He holds an MBA in Finance from a top Business School in USA and has spent much of his career evaluating and structuring large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, supporting capital raisings exceeding AUD $1 billion. His background in financial modelling, risk assessment, and long-term capital structuring has instilled a disciplined, analytical mindset — one that prioritises understanding risk, aligning decisions with long-term objectives, and ensuring regulatory compliance at every step.
